Self Serve won't work for me!

I just set up a self serve account and I got the confirmation email and it said it worked but every time I log into self serve it just brings me to change your account info, like email, phone number and everything, nothing else works. im new to koodo and just want to be able to pay my bills. Also i can't even get logged into the app, just says error everytime.

Remember that the username its your complete email and password that you set up, for the Koodo mobile app, maybe you can remove the app, download the app again and try to login, remember also that Self Serve might show some issues if you use Google Chrome, I recomment to use Firefox or Internet Explorer

You need to call Koodo. *611from your Koodo phone.
They will fix it quickly :)

i think im going to have to call them, because i did try to use internet explorer and firefox and it did the same thing.

The reason you only see basic things in your self serve is because you were registered as an Account manager instead of an Account owner. It's a quick fix, as Mayumi already mentioned.

well im going to have to wait because i tried calling and it told me they are experiencing a higher amount of phone calls...
