self serve won't work!

I signed up for my self serve to use the app and it just won't work!

What exactly isn't working about the app?
Everything...it won't let me log in I've signed up and registered and it only let's me go as far as the "new email" screen I type in my email which is the same one that shows on the screen above it and it says an email is being sent to this address and no email ever comes and I don't understand because I registered that email and verified it its happened every time I've tries to log in and check my account om the self serve for billing purposes and looking at phones etc...very frustrating extremely I can't use self serve online or on my phone because of it it just keeps sending me back to the same screen and same message

You're registered as an account manager instead of the account owner. Call Koodo and they'll sort it out. Takes about 5 minutes.
Oh I thought there was only one way to register ugh dummy me...thanks!

Try reinstalling the self serve app or logging out and back in :)
I've done that too about ten times :(

Does it work on a computer?
No won't let me access anything on the computer either
