Self Serve website access and automated phone glitches

The system locked my account after only one attempt on the website. When I called the number given, I was put in the same, continuing loop of five options when I selected 'update' or '3' to update my automatic payments. Well done, Koodo. Changing providers soon.

Or you could choose option 5, talk to customer service and let them get you back into self serve.
