Self Serve registration issues

I recently put my phone in my name and am trying to sign up for self serve now, but I get an error message saying my information is wrong. Would my account number have changed from what it was before?

Yes since the old account number is probably associated with whomever the phone belonged to before you got it in your name.

Give Koodo a call in the morning around 10 your time and they'll be able to give you the jn formation you need.
