Self Serve JUST letting me change email

I'm not able to use the self serve. I have been trying to access my koodo self serve lately--with both Chrome and Safari--but whenever I log in, I just get to the My Profile tab where I can only change my email address/passwords etc. I want to view my bill and actually use self serve! Suggestions?

It sounds like the account was disaccosiated with the self-serve account. A quick call to *611 and they can fix it within 5-10mins

Is there an option when you log in to link an account or anything?
