Self-serve is not working for me. Why?

I have now received three validation emails in my attempt to set up my new account and phone number with Koodo. Each email gives me a link to the self-serve feature. Every time I click the link it gives me an error message that says "No account is linked to this profile". What should I do next?

I would call them and have them fix it. *611 from your Koodo cell phone or 1-866-995-6636.

From the sounds of it there is either no emails linking your account to self serve, or there may be multiple emails - either way you would probably get this message.

Jonathan has a good idea - give us a call, especially when you are by your computer so that we can make sure that it gets set up while you are still on the phone with us.
