Self Serve APP not showing data usage only an error.

I would like to use the Koodo Self Serve APP on my LG Optimus Black. But since the APP came out I have been unable to see my Data Usage. I have reported this twice and was assured it would be resolved but it still doesn't work, months have pasted. Help!

If you installed the old version, there is now newer Koodo Self Serve version, download it and try again - I guess it's Version 1.2.0

Thank you for the reply, it's nice to see someone is looking at my question. I have the latest version of the App. I didn't have the problem with the older version. My wife who shares my account has no problem getting her data usage.

I see!, did you tried on your computer? can you seed Data usage, if not call Koodo

Then it could be something wrong on Mobile Self Serve app. Koodo probably knows about this already. just wait little bit more until issue is fixed and try again.

Hi Ken, I suggest that you give us a call. If you can check your usage via Self Serve on a computer and you removed/installed again- the App, it means there might be an issue related to your account specifically. Call us at 1-866-995-6636 from a landline, #6, and a rep will be able to escalate that to our support team. Thank you!

Thanks for your reply, I did call and my original ticket from June is still open and unresolved. They seem to be waiting for the developer of the app to respond back to them.(???)
