self serve app log in

Hi im trying to use the koodo self serve app, but when i try to log in all that comes up is
" Error
We're unable to process your request.
Please try again later."
it is not because I'm entering the wrong password because i entered the wrong password on purpose , and it said that wrong password was entered. Thanks in advance for whatever help you provide.

Hi Michael,

It might be a glitch in the system, how long have you had that message? If you still have it tomorrow, you should call Koodo (*611) and they'll probably be able to get you in :)

Did you try uninstall the App and install it again? Or turn off the power and turn it on, then log in... It worked most of the time when i was using the Ace.
