Self Serve account with no account number...

Hi, I just set up a Self Serve account on Koodo–but there is no field to enter the account number from my bill! So no connection between cell phone and online account. Please help if you can.

Can you clarify something? Did you successfully set up self serve or it failed? Are you able to log in?

Sure. I successfully set up a self serve account with an email address and a cellphone number, but I was never asked to enter the 'account number' at the top of the bill that I've received. So, when I log onto the self serve, all I can access at the top of the page is: Phones, Plans, Support... all things you can access without logging in or even having a self serve account. In the body of the page, it's showing 'My Profile' with the options of changing email address, password, etc.

Nothing anywhere about entering my 'account number' to make the whole thing useful at all.

You need to call koodo *611 from your Koodo phone. They will fix it for you :)

Yeah, that happened because the email address you used is different than the one. Was given when the phone was purchased.
