self service... can't change plan?

I am trying to change my cell plan but having no luck either online or in the mobile app. I can access my usage on the mobile app but if I click on plans and addons I get an error message. Until today I was able to log in online but now I get a message saying it is redirecting in a way that will never complete. I have tried all suggestions regarding cookies, and different browsers. Can anyone help me with this? Is the whole system down or just me? Thanks!

Looks like it's working now! Service must have been down today. :)
