self service bill payment

hi there i am trying to pay my bill from yesterday and all time when i finished my all details with credit card number all things and i click next then it automatically sends me to the beginning of the page to redo the same thing s. I am unable to pay my bill..............................

There's an issue that's being worked on right now. There is unfortunately no time line. Please use alternate methods, be it credit card via 611 (automated, not with a customer service rep), online banking with Koodo added as a payee.

I have tried on several occasions over the past two days, including a few moments ago.  We should not have to accrue late fees if your system is not working.  My fees will accrue if not paid by Oct 26.  Having said that, for a company that sells telephone service, I cannot even call customer service regarding this issue.  Not impressed!

Hi Fred - we've been experiencing problems with online payments since Sunday, so your timeline makes sense. There are other means of getting your bill paid to avoid any late fees: 1. You can dial 611 from your phone and follow the automated IVR  system to pay over the phone (you don't need to speak to an agent, therefore don't have to wait on hold.) 2. You can pay through online banking.

Hoping to have the online payment issue sorted soon, but we don't have a timeline at this time, so I recommend you leverage one of the alternatives for this month.
