Self-serve waiting to be approved?

I'm a new customer and cannot log into selfserve... getting message. "You're still waiting to be approved
Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved." no replies on facebook messenger. Is there a help support number?

Yes, your account appears to have been assigned an email different than that which you more recently used. Have you your initial documentation? It should contain the email address of record. If incorrect, you will need to contact Koodo to have it corrected.

Facebook Messenger  usually generates a response in a few hours. The phone number is listed in the Contact Us section at the page bottom:
Dial  1-866-995-6636. You may need to wait a while to reach as CSR.

I had issues setting up my self serve when I used shaw as my email. It accepted anything but shaw.  I used a work email then tried to change it back and had trouble. called for help and they set it up through the system and now it works but not consistent.
