I have a positive tab and want to upgrade my phone online for convienence purpose with the same tab limit. I am a current customer with Koodo, but it says I need a credit card to complete check out with a $0 balance now and $14 a month. Please help my current phone isn't charging

Hi Dulcie,For security and verification purposes, you need to enter your credit card number. Think of it as an extra security measure to make sure you are who you say you are before Koodo goes and gives you a new tab.

Thank you but I don't have a credit card. Is there anything I can do about it or will I have to go to a kiosk?

I'm pretty sure you need a credit card to order online. If you don't have one, then a kiosk visit seems like your best option!
