Self Serve Signup Problems

I signed up to self serve but I'm getting told "You're still waiting to be approved." when I log in. Can an employee look at this and fix it for me? I get an error when I click the link in the email.

That was my cousins account, I didnt realize he was logged into this computer already. Sorry about that.

All employees are currently out of office, but I'm sure someone will be here to solve your problem tomorrow!

Also, have you looked in your email inbox to see if you have an email from Koodo to approve your email for your Koodo account? Try checking your junk folder if you don't see anything.

Hi Robert. Yes when I clicked the link in the email it went to an error page and directed me to the login screen.

Hi Daniel - from what I can tell, the profile looks to be set up correctly using the same email address you're using here. It looks like you logged in successfully yesterday - is that not the case? Can you try again today (perhaps on a different device or by clearing your browser cache?) If that still doesn't work and you get an error, shoot us a private message on Facebook and once we validate you as the account owner a rep can help reset the profile with you.
