Self Serve Sign In

I have reset my password several times and received an email that my password is updated but every time i sign in I am receiving a message that something went wrong user name and or password are not matching our records. i am outside Canada and can't call by phone I want to access self serve to check my dues and pay my bill.

Hi Jean, Have you tried using a different browser, also try clearing your browsers History, cookies and cache.

In this case you might need to get your account reset. You will need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter and they will get you reset and it should work then.
