I am trying to complete my self serve account, but when I attempt to put my phone number in it won't accept it.

Try inputting the entire # with no spaces

Maybe double check your phone number just to make sure.

If you are entering it correctly in the following format ###-###-#### then you need to call Koodo to figure out what's wrong as I seemed to be able to get passed that first stage without issue

Hi Christy, we also have two different Self Serve links, one for postpaid accounts and one for prepaid so make sure to choose the proper one :) Thank you!
