Broke s3. Bought and unlocked 32gb lg optimus. Cleared and uninstalled and re-downloaded self-serve but can't login..????

I got the email to say I was trying to access account XXXXxX8606 etc but that I had to sign into self serve to see my account and now I'm at a roadblock
