Anyone know why you can't change your plan on self serve to 1 of the promo's?

I only see standard plans available.

Do you still have a Tab Balance? Is so you must pay it off first.

No tab balance. Just month to month.

Apparent,y to self serve website is still having issues, call Koodo or check at a Kiosk

Hi Ryan,

If you don’t have a Tab balance to pay off, you can have access to the new plans by calling 611. They’ll set it up for you :)

Self serve won't allow to make changes as it says go to the Kiosk and upgrade phone to get the new plans.

I hope it will be fixed soon so the BYOD customers can get the new plans online.
