Self-serve pages looping

I'm trying to add the unlimited minutes add-on but the self-serve site just keeps looping back to a page where it wants me to select the phone number (we have 2 on the account). I've tried from 2 browsers, 3 devices, and cleared cookies. How can I add the add-on?

What happens when you try selecting a phone number?

It just takes me back through the same process again; select the phone number, select add-ons, choose the add-on, and then loops back to the phone numbers.

Didn't know you could even have 2 numbers to one account, how did you do that, I would love to have mine AND my husbands on ONE account together. This is becoming such a pain in the ass!

You both have a postpaid account and receiving bill each?
If so you have to call in to combine account together.
You could have up to 5 lines under one account.

I've had this add-on before.

I also tried to access other self-serve functions like changing my phone number and am taken back through the same loop.

Hmm I guess there's a glitch in the system. Try again in the morning sickness customer support is closed and if it still isn't working then send off a private message to Koodo via Facebook or DM via Twitter or apparently there's a live chat feature on the main page now to get itsorted out.
