I'm trying to add the unlimited minutes add-on but the self-serve site just keeps looping back to a page where it wants me to select the phone number (we have 2 on the account). I've tried from 2 browsers, 3 devices, and cleared cookies. How can I add the add-on?
Hmm I guess there's a glitch in the system. Try again in the morning sickness customer support is closed and if it still isn't working then send off a private message to Koodo via Facebook or DM via Twitter or apparently there's a live chat feature on the main page now to get itsorted out.
