Why can I not delete an 'add on' in the self serve on line section? When I try to call for support to get this extra charge dropped, the prompts tell me that any changes to my account from an agent will cost $10 AND the wait time to talk to an agent is ONE HOUR!?! VERY FRUSTRATING!
Camille, the extended warranty is a third party feature with different vendors which poses a challenge to integrate it in our on self serve platform. We are working on a possible solutions though. An alternative as Goran above suggested is to get in touch with us via Facebook. It's easy, convenient and don't have to wait for a rep on the phone. I see that at the end you did get through and we helped you out.
