I haven't been able to log into self serve since becoming a customer over a month ago. Frustrated

Hi Adelaide,

When you signed up you should have gotten an e-mail to create your password for self serve. Did you do this?

@ Adealide, I can see you logged in today and validated the email Mathieu is referring to on the 12th of September. Now, bear in mind that there are two lines on this account. The 'saltsound' email address is the owner with full access. If you want the same they need to let you do that.
