Self Serve Number Change Didn't Work?

I signed into my self serve account and started the process to change my number on my iPhone. Once it registered that it has been completed, I reset all settings on my iPhone and removed my SIM card. When I turned everything back on, my phone number didn't change. It's been 3 hours?

It usually takes effect pretty much right away/within a few minutes. In your iPhone, you can try going to settings -> general -> reset -> reset network settings

Note: You'll lose your saved wifi passwords (so you'll have to connect to previous saved wifi networks again)

If that doesn't work, then I'd call customer service at *611 from your Koodo phone (if its able to connect) or 18669956636 from any other phone
