self serve not working?

im trying to check my usage via safari on my iphone SE, and self serve isnt working. it worked perfectly earlier today as well as every single other day, but now all it says is "Current bill cycle - 0 days" and literally nothing else? my cycle ends september 14th, too. what happened? how do i fix it?

Hi Kayla, Did you get self serve to work finally? If not try deleting your browsers History cookies and cache and try again.... If that doesnt work try a different browser.

Similar issue  for me now- I signed up and got Koodo couple of weeks ago.  I registered for selfserve and when I login, I do not see any billing info.  Couple of days ago, I got text message about my next bill asking me to login to SelfServe.  When I login, I get "You do not have a balance owing." When I try Usage, it is a blank screen with a Yellow Bar.  
I do not have a number to call either.   Not sure where to go from here. I have tried clearing cache/cookies, tried Internet Explore, Chrome, Firefox, Edge and all have same issues. I have attached screenshots.

I would contact Koodo about this. Sounds like your account is suspended or something is wrong with the email you used to sign up.

Thank you Allan.  Called Customer Service 1 (866) 995-6636 and they deleted my profile and helped me to recreate profile again to resolve the problem.  Thanks again.
