self serve not working

Self serve showing blue screen with a gold rectangle in the center,every option I choose loads the same way.

Are you trying to log in to an old account? That is usually what that means.

Yes but the account is active again recently got Koodo cellphone and Koodo wireless home phone

You are going to have to call Koodo and have them remove the email address from the old account so that it will show your new account properly with same email address.

When getting the new cellphone and WHP did you sign up for self serve through the email that they sent you?

Yes,I just got off the phone with Koodo they deleted the account and had me re register all is good now.
