Self Serve not working

I was a previous koodo customer and just returned yesterday. My email address is the same as it was years ago and i can sign in to my self serve, but it is blank. There is no information and all I get is a blue screen with a yellow rectangle when I try to access any page. No response from Koodo to email/IM on FB or Twitter. Ridiculously long hold times with no CS rep on the phone.

Fuck. I’m stuck on hold because they cut off my service and I need to get it turned back on. And they can’t do that at a Koodo store it has to be one of the customer service people.

Unfortunately it's gonna be like that for a while. Not sure yet just how long but we've been told that Koodo is working along with the large backlog of messages sent in order and you will be seen to.

You can try clearing your cache and using your browsers private/ incognito mode to see if it works. Let us know if that helps.

Glad I didn't cancel my account with my current mobility provider. Not sure I want to be a customer with a company that can't provide either a functional website or timely customer service.
