Self serve login issue

Hello, I've sent a private message regarding self serve login issue but haven't get any reply for 12 hours.
Just wonder when I will have any update.

@ Marco, you have @live.com and @live.ca registered on your account. The validation email was sent to @live.ca which is what you gave at the store. If that's an email you use check your inbox and click on the link that was sent.

Thanks Bernard for your reply. The email that I gave in the store ends with @live.com I don't know why it becomes @live.ca. Could you please help to reset? Thanks!

It should be xxx@xxx.com

Marco - you should have received, or should receive shortly, a new profile creation email to your live.com email. Please follow the instructions there to set up your Self Serve profile. Let us know if you run into any issues or have other questions.

I also deleted the email address you included above for privacy, since this is a public forum.
