Self serve is not active for me!

Why self service of Koodo is not working? Is it a problem for all or only for me? I want to see my bill, usage and manage my plan, but these pages are not available

Hi Ali,
I am currently able to access my self service website. Things to try if you cannot access the site:

1) Try using a different web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox)

2) Clear your cache and cookies

3) Restart your router

4) Restart your computer

Typically by the time you complete step 2 you should be able to access the website again!

I just was at the new self-service page. Works for me.

Also, Ali, if you're expecting to view the most recent bill, understand that bills don't always appear on the day your billing cycle switches.
