Self serve has errors/usage logs

It says that i have 200MB data limit. No. I have 2 GB data or 2000MB. As usual no way to let them know.

There also doesnt seem to be a way to see your usage beyond this cycle and one previous cycle. I have to compare to shop for a company that grasps customer service is valuable. I want to view at least 3 full cycles.

Hi paper beagle you can see at least 3 full cycles or you could the last time I checked. There should be a drop down of dates past that can be checked and one of the options is to click a Callander to pick the dates.

I will bring to their attention the possible error in data size showing though, is it in the plan description or data usage?

Not sure what you mean PaperBeagle. I'm looking at your account and see the 2gb you have in your plan. Where do you see that you have 200mb. Would you have a screenshot?
