Self Serve email confirmation not working.

When I try to use my self serve, I get this message. 

Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved.

I've got the email from koodo with this information

Thanks for registering for Koodo Self Serve! You're good at being a grown up.

Now you can view and pay your bills, manage your add-ons, and update your account online.

Just so you know, your Koodo Self Serve account username is 

xxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx

I've tried registering again since that was suggested from other discussion but I get the message saying my account number is already registered.
 
What do I do?

Hi there!

Seems like there is a profile already attached to your e-mail since you have tried several times...

I suggest to contact Koodo, get all profiles attached to your e-mail deleted and then get them to create another one for you so you can complete process...

Once Koodo creates your profile, it will take you less than 5 minutes to complete everything...
