Self Serve down for almost a week?

My Self Serve account has not been working for almost a week, every time I try to log on the pages are blank and yellow.
My account has not been working since that day and I have just received an email stating if I don’t pay my bill my phone will be cut off? not sure what’s going on and nobody is replying to my emails.

No, I don't think the service is down. My selfserve is working fine as of now.
In the screenshot, your phone didn't have a SIM on? Have you tried to log on with another device or on desktop?

My SIM is on and I’ve tried 3 different devices.. my tablet, laptop and another computer. Nothings working :/
They all show the same screen.

@Jess, as you mentioned your account is currently suspended. It would be best to make a payment by calling us and use the automated system on the phone. You should be able to dial 611 from your phone, if not use a landline phone to call the 866 number. As the other mentioned self serve works, I'm not sure if it's something with being on wi-fi or the suspension that causing some glitches.

Try opening a private tab in Safari

OR Try clearing your cache in Settings>Safari

Have you even successfully logged into Koodo before?

have you tried a laptop or desktop?

Try googling Koodo and then don't go to the first link that pops up but the next one and see if that helps I know there was an issue with one of the links awhile ago and it's possible it never got fixed.

Try to use a different browser, or clear the browsing data in the settings, also may be that your account is link to a different ban did you have a koodo account before?
