Self serve - Charged for bonus booster but it wasn't applied

Hi, when the bonus booster promotion was on in November, I purchased both the 2GB and the 1GB bonus data boosters. The 2GB booster showed up in the cart even after I'd bought it, so I moved it out. When I was done with the transaction, I was charged for both, but the 2GB booster didn't show up in my account. I decided to wait a bit and see if it shows up, but it hasn't.

I see at least one other customer has had this issue (https://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/my-20-get-lost-in-my-account ) but I don't know if they got it resolved.

Koodo's self-serve website has been glitchy since I signed up in 2013, but this takes the cake! Any advice on how best to resolve this? Thanks!

Sorry the link you posted doesnt work.

However if you did purchase a booster during the double bonus promo period and the bonus was indeed not applied, you will need to contact Koodo to get a rep to look into.  Your best bet is to send koodo a private message via facebook or twitter

Yes, even though it doesn't look like it, the link I posted includes an extra ") b" when clicked. Sorry.

Oh you are right.
The link is https://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/my-20-get-lost-in-my-account

Yeah that seemed to be a prepaid glitch

Just as an update, the twitter rep just advised me to phone. Just what I was hoping not to have to do! lol

Did they say why they couldnt resolve the issue over chat?

Koodo really discourages calling in, so Im kinda surprised

Hmm. They just said "The support we can offer here on Facebook is limited. To resolve this matter, I invite you to give us a call, as a live discussion with an agent may be the best way to handle the nature of this situation."

This was on Twitter, by the way, even though they said Facebook. The only info I've given them so far is a (working! heh) link to this discussion and that I'm on prepaid.

Prepaid support on Facebook and Twitter are very limited. The self-serve site has some ongoing glitches.

Would advise anyone to use the automated *611 service where possible.
