Self serve can't log me in - my email isn't verified. However, when I try to verify it (again), it says the email has already been verified

I can't sign into self-serve. It says my email isn't registered. However, I registered it almost a month ago and got the confirmation emails... When I go to the verification email and click on the link (to try to register again), it says my email has already been registered. I tried waiting to log in, since the holidays are busy times, but I can't seem to do anything and it has been several weeks now.

Sounds like there are two accounts created: the one you set up, and the one Koodo created for your account. You'll have to contact Koodo directly to get your profile reset. Try a PM to their Facebook account or a DM to their Twitter account rather than calling in, as it usually consumes less of your time.

Thanks so much for your response!  It ended up being that it hadn't actually registered me for the self-serve, even though I activated my phone online.  I tried to register, instead of sign in, and it let me in.  My account has none of the information from my activation (booster add ons...), so that is my next hurdle.  Going to head into the store this morning.  Wish me luck!!
