Self serve blank screens

Posted to FB account, no replies since last night.
My self serve account has blank screens, similar to this post:
https://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/self-serve-not-displaying

It's my old account, with previously deactivated number, now I'm coming back, but the self serve account is broken, I can only access old billing information, nothing about my new account is on it.

Koodo only responds during work hours so that's why no response through the night.

As far as the old account and you not being able to access your new account you'll need to contact Koodo by FB which you've already done to have them reset and wipe your old account from the email you want to use for the new account. Stay tight they'll get to you on FB messenger it takes a little while.

Jason - are you using the same email that you're using here for the Community, or something else? If not, can you let me know what type it is, without listing the actual email address (i.e. gmail, hotmail, other)

ok, now I can connect, but no data, and can't connect to LTE (tried to manually connect to one), tried APN settings, no go.  Able to call.  Think something's still whacked on my account.  If I go to change number in my account, still says:Mobile Number entered is invalid. Please check and try again.

Sorry for a barrage of posts.
I see the problem, on my usage page, it says my 4gb is EXPIRED.
Please fix.

comparing my usage page to my wife's, I see some difference.
Hers has "Koodo Mobile", "Shock-free Data 4GB", "Messaging", "Airtime", and aa expired "Shock-free Data 4GB".
On mine, I have "Data", "Messaging", "Airtime", and an expired "Data".

after searching like a madman, I can confirm I do indeed have data.
I have the typical LG phone issue, needed a factory reset to fix mobile data.
