I am a new Kooko customer. I was told to download and use the "Kooko Self Serve" app to track my usage. I have been unable to create an account. When trying to do it on my Iphone 6 it wouldn't allow me to select a security question. I then created an account at work but when I signed in all it would let me do was change my sign in info and wouldn't let me view my account. It still wont let me log in on my phones app and says "The account manager for this account needs to approve your request for access."? Am I doing something wrong or is the app not working at the moment?
