Selected "Pay off Tab", didn't show up on bill?

Shortly after I purchased my iPhone (with the Tab Large plan), I requested to pay off the rest of my tab. I got a notification that the remainder of my tab would be put on my next bill ($504). However I just got my bill and the charge for the phone is not on it. I was charged the $21 monthly tab fee, but my tab balance (under Self Serve) is $0?

I'd like to pay off the full price of the phone asap so that I can switch to a cheaper plan. Help?

Well if the tab balance shows as zero, you should be good. It's possible that it didn't show on the next bill due to time done before it was generated and that it'll show on the next. Can you change plans now?

"Shortly after I purchased my iPhone..."
 - I believe that you can't pay off your Tab for 90 days when you purchased your phone on a Tab.
(It's to prevent fraud)

That's if you are a new customer. Once you've gone past the 90 days as a customer you can pay it off right away whenever you take a tab. I'm sure there's an upper limit to the frequency that raises an alarm but in general you're good after 90 days as a customer.

"Pay off Tab" option is for existing customers too.
Only way to pay it off before 90 days is to cancel your account.

Hmm... I've been with Koodo for years now. I just checked and I was indeed able to switch to a non-tab plan. Guess I'll just have to wait to see if the charge for the phone shows up on my next bill. Thanks guys!
