I have recently changed my user name and email address and I want to change password. My security question is "what id the name of my dog" and the answer is "angus" but when I give that answer it says that is incorrect.

Have you tried "Angus"? The security answer has to be written exactly as you wrote it initially, which means it's case-sensitive.

If that doesn't work, you can contact Koodo's customer service at 1-866-995-6636 and choose option 6 so you can bypass the security question and get the password reset email.

Then, once you're in, you can verify the way the answer was written.
