Security Code--Deleting History

Hi, so I just got a new Koodo HSPA LG F4 A341 FEATPHONE.

When I try to delete my call history, there's an "erase all" button. But it makes me put in a security code. As far as I'm aware, I don't have a "security code." I've looked through all my paperwork, and can't find a trace of this 4-digit number. Wondering if I needed to set it myself, I checked my phone's instruction booklet, to no avail.

Oddly, I can still erase individual texts / messages / call history without needing to provide this code.

Anyone had this problem?

Thanks all,
j

Yup, I've seen that in the A341 before. Try the last 4 digits of your cell phone #, 0000, or 1234.

And don't bother calling tech support to ask. We don't know the code either.
