Has anyone found a solution to the security notice bug for the samsung S6 edge? I have tried factory restore, and more. don't know what to do. It has been on my phone since I got it 3 days ago.

To rephrase, if you haven't gone over what Koodo considers to be reasonable usage, (see link below), you can return the phone or exchange it for another without incurring any charges on your bill. You're still well within the 15 day return period.

Well, even if he's over those limits, and he exchanges his phone, nothing changes really. That rule matters only when you're returning the phone AND cancelling the line.
