back in Nov 2014 i had a issue with my account. Was in my name .my husband close it with out my permission. How that is possible? i am still with koodoo now and i am really concern should stay with koodoo or switch to another provider? he is with koodoo too
i do not want him to have access to my account at all.Should i change the provider ?

No need to change providers. Just change password or if necessary the username on your koodo self serve account and he won't have access anymore.
