I have my self service set up and want my wife to have access to the account through her email as well so that when she pays the bills she can see my bill and hers at the same time. Can I accept a second user name for my account so we can both see the bill. Our accounts are separate since we both had them prior to our getting married

You can merge them into one through a transfer of responsibility and then share the login information (this can be done over the phone and costs $25) or you can add her email as a trusted email to log into your account, I believe.

She can access your self serve account If you give her your email and password.

Or you can call Koodo to make your account and your wife's account combined - your wife's account under yours or your account under her account.
You will receive one bill for both which includes individual details.
There will be fee of $25 though.(Transfer of ownership)

Log in to your/her self serve account, go to My Profile > Link Accounts and link the other account. Koodo's system will send an email to the other account's owner to confirm the request. You'll be able to manage both accounts with one email address. You would be a "Manager" on your wife's account and vice versa.
