Seasonal shut down

I placed my number on seasonal hold Nov 1 however have been charged for full service for Nov 1. Need help to update my account to a seasonal hold for six months.

For billing dispute you have to contact Koodo directly, either through call or facebook.

Hi there!

When you access your Self Serve account, under view rate plans, do you see Seasonal Hold?

If yes, I would say that change happened after bill was produced, so if that is the case, your next bill will bring the proper adjustments for those days you did not use your old plan.

If not, it means the account was never placed on hold and you should contact Koodo to make it happen!

As well, the Seasonal Hold costs $15/month so you will still be charged that.
