Is there a way to take my phone off of seasonal hold or suspension using the self serve online? The self serve site keeps telling me that my phone number is invalid!

You need to call customer service if self serve doesn't work.
*611 from your Koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636 from any other phone.
Tell them your self serve doesn't let you do what you want to do. ( your phone number is invalid.)

Koodos customer service hours of operation are as follows:

Hours of Operation

Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm

So they are closed at the moment.
