Says my bill is paid?

On Thursday I used my online banking account yo pay my first phone bill of $65. Despite having paid it to the correct account number through Koodo, it still says I havent paid and that my bill is now $118 and is overdue. I dont know why its taking so long to go through. Or if it just wont go through at all. Any advice?

I think it takes up to 10 days to process, you should call koodo and tell them you have made the payment to avoid any other extra charges.
