If you are sure you are using the correct email then it is likely there was a mistake during sign up and you'll have to contact Koodo to get this sorted out. I suggest sending yhem a message via Facebook.

You can also pay via online banking or calling #227 on your koodo cell

Or bring your agreement with your Koodo account # on it and pay directly at your local branch of your bank as well.

Hey Tara - you would have received an email with instructions to create your Self Serve profile when you activated last month. Looks like you didn't go through the link in that email, and tried to create a profile directly (which isn't possible for the initial set-up, unfortunately). I've just resent a profile creation email to your hotmail account - same as the one you're using here. Try registering by following the instructions in that email. Let us know if that works/you run into any issues again.
