I believe that all customers are deserving of 100% customer satisfaction. If I feel that thinga aren't up to my standards. I complain. For my satisfaction, for might right as a customer. Theres no point working in the people industry especially with cell phones. Its uncalled for as well as unacceptable.

Nobody is perfect. Also, the customer is not always clear or forthright. So, I think 95 per cent customer satisfaction would be a more realistic (though less marketable :D) goal.
