We thought about it Mo, but felt a bit cheesy to say "fill out this survey for your chance to win $50". We wanted people to do it because they wanted to tell us not because there is an award. That said we'll take a look at this again.

Hey guys, just to clarify:

I think the follow-up is AWESOME. It feels nice to know the company cares how my last call went

And I was told I'd have a chance at earning extra credits towards my Tab - I thought that was pretty AWESOME too!
