my koodo phone says emergency calls only..
I have opened it up.. took the sim card out and put it back the same way. (as per the diagram)
I turned it off and on again.. that worked the first time. but now it will not work? it will work as a wifi device.. but not for calls or texts?

Hi Karen, you should indeed give us a call. We can be reached at 1-866-995-6636, option #6. If it's a SIM card issue, you'll have to go to a Koodo store in order to get a new one. Thank you!

It may be a faulty SIM card or something went wrong with the activation. Koodo will definitely help you no problem!
