I have a Samsung Intensity phone that was previously on prepaid service with Koodo, how do I activate it again under prepaid as this phone doesn't require a sim card?

Ah. Unfortunately, CDMA phones (no SIM card slot) cannot be activated on Koodo prepaid. You will have to buy a new Koodo HSPA phone.

Thank you for the prompt response, so I guess you are forcing all the old phones out that don't require sim cards. Thats alright I have a back up plan and have a phone that I can put on Virgin Mobile that doesn't require to buy airtime, just uses what is left on the prepaid card.

If I recall correctly, prepaid was never offered on the CDMA network and was introduced with the shift to HSPA. My guess is that it wasn't worth it to offer prepaid on a network that is being phased out (you won't be able to use CDMA phones with postpaid either soon).
