Samsung Galaxy S2x can send MMS but can't recieve

Hello,
I've been pushing this off for just about a year now... But anyways, my problem is that I can not receive any pictures on my phone. Most people at least get the Download box that pops up, but I don't even get that. When someone sends me a Multimedia message, I get nothing. It's as if they never even sent anything.

I'm 100% sure that it is not a problem with my APN settings.... I've only changed them and restored my phone a few times.. I've been researching for a fix for a few days now, and I can't seem to find a fix. So now I'm here! My account does have MMS enabled since on my account, it says that I am receiving them.

Thanks! Any help would be appreciated.

*Edit* And yes, my data is turned on! It's on 24/7!

Something is probably mucked up behind the scenes in that case. Best bet would be to call in to talk to someone in tech support.

Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 10am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm

Or you can call *611 on your phone, but since you're trying to troubleshoot messaging issues it may be easier to call from another device.

Also even though your data is on do you have a data block on your account?

I always use 4g unless I'm home, so my data is not blocked!
