Samsung Galaxy S2 Issues, randomly restarting!

Samsung Galaxy S2 issues: I have had this phone for about a year and lately it has been shutting down on me (almost like recovery mode) very frequently. It'll stay on for a little while then shut down randomly and then reboots a few times before even hitting the main log in screen. Additionally, I sent out two emails (this phone is for business) and had some upset clients when they never received my emails even though it said it sent. I've factory rebooted it, and am still having these issues. It's incredibly inconvenient and I'm not sure what to do about it. Thanks.

There could be many factors to this. Overheating, stuck power button but alot of it may just come to age of the device. The warranty is over so there's not much that can be done on that respect. Maybe its time for an upgrade?

Thanks Chad for your answer. It doesn't seem like it's overheating, and the power button isn't stuck. It's a little discouraging because I can't afford a new phone at the phone (otherwise I would upgrade)... don't suppose you (or anyone) knows If I'm able to get the same phone replaced? I guess that's a warranty thing...? These phones should last a little longer than a year though. Seems a bit ridiculous otherwise.
